Original Abstractions announces the release of Matthew Hough’s Remembered States

Remembered States is composer/performer Matthew Hough’s (Zs, Seductive Sprigs) first full-length solo release. Performed by some of NYC’s most dynamic musicians including Joshua Modney (MIVOS Quartet), Megan Schubert (Ekmeles) and Nicole Camacho (Hotel Elefant), Hough’s music is brought to life in stunning form. Like zooming in on a painting, these works give the feeling of pixelated sound, in which the larger picture of the piece is blurred into individual and richly textured units.
